This is what it seemed to me due to its similarity and coincidence in the pilosities of its front femur, with those that I previously photographed and were thus identified from the same locality...
Photograph taken on 1 April 2023 inside a house in the urban center of Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no wings 3 mm.

In Africa you would need to dissect a male. In Spain it should be
Zaprionus indianus.
