Hi all !
I pictured this specimen in my garden on 2023-05-27. I measured it on pictures = 11,3mm
I think it could be some
Meligramma ...
Can we ID this specimen ?
Meligramma triangulifera seems to have yellow stripes on the thorax that are diagnose and I can't see them here ...
Could be
Meligramma euchroma according to syrphidae keys ?
Thank you for reading,
Didier.
Thank you for reading and/or Commenting this post,
Have a nice day,
Didier

No, this is Epistrophella euchroma (f), characterized by the small yellow spots in the anterior corners of the tergites.

Thank you very much.
It's the same species and I know now that there are many latin names for this species :
Epistrophella euchroma in Faunaea Europae, Bold Systems, Waarneming.nl, .be and .org,
Meligramma euchroma in StN keys for Syrphidae and France and even
Epistrophe euchromus on Gbif, all with synonymy ...
I hope one day we'll have only one scientific name !!!
