I have no clue about its identity. Looks like a mixture of various families. :D

It was 3.0 mm long and found on Cistus ladanifer. Minas de Riotinto, Huelva; February 24, 2023.

I considered this family, but didn' find any with those thick femora.

I will look into Serromyia!

PD: just 1 speccies in Spain, Serromyia femorata
In Spain there is no alternative. :)
