Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae, Spallanzania from Rhodes > Spallanzania rectistylum

I found two tachinids in the middle of October, near Faliraki, Rhodes Greece.
I think they are the same sp., and look like Spallanzania to me.

Is it possible to ID them?
(Spallanzania rectistylum comes to my mind, based solely on distribution)

Thanks for any help in advance!

Henrik

I agree. The yellow on thorax in front of scutellum is characteristic for S. rectistylum.
