a 4 mm male from today in our courtyard (northwest Germany).
Protoclythia rufa?

Hi Jürgen, I think it's difficult/impossible to tell the male
Protoclythia rufa from
Paraplatypeza atra based on your photo - without seeing frons or hind leg. Hopefully a real expert can...

P. rufa is common here, but I never found
P. atra. So perhaps with a 'cf.'...?

I think, both are possible based on the wing veins.
Paraplatypeza likes
Pluteus cervinus,
Platypeza sp.
Armillaria - perhaps that helps?

I'm afraid I know nearly nothing about mushrooms... :S
