Hello,
August 25, 2022 in the south of France.
The body is 3 mm long.

Thank you very much John,
I didn't know this family and therefore not this genre.
I have seen it on a Pistacia terebinthus.
If it is a female, perhaps it came to lay eggs in one of the many galls of Aploneura (Aphididae)?
I read that Leucopis larvae feed on aphids. But I guess it is the same diet for the larvae of all Leucopis species?

Aphids are common prey. Some species eat other Sternorrhyncha.
