Diptera.info :: Wasp. Ichneumon?

This wasp was found at Sugar Maple sap. I'm not sure if it was interested in the sweet sap or in the many tiny flies gathered there.
I'm thinking this is Ichneumonidae; any help with ID would be appreciated!
