Location: Germany, Northrhine-Westphalia, Rheine, 35 m above sea level, garden
Time: 29th of May, 2022

Body size: approx. 8 mm

Dear Forum,

this animal was found on parsley (Petroselinum crispum). Is it a larva of a Syrphidae? Any further ID possible?
