I saw this year! :)

Encyrtidae wasp, I think. Taken today in V?lega - PORTUGAL. :)
1,5 mm. :) on farmland stucked on spider's web.

ah.... Pteromalidae... :( Is it possible to know the possible genus? Which would be the best possibilities?
