I have red about this insects, but never seen it. Mantispidae as far as I remember.

Only one time I've seen one... into muy own house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My father mistaked it with a mosquito and killed it with spray :(:(:(:( now is in my collection....

In Spain are three species, but I don't know how many in west Russia...

Yes, it was alive, it dead few minutes after.... and years after a friends pass to me a live exemplar but not in this natural habitat...

I saw it at 3 am. :D I will do more nocturnes in next year, and maybe on 28th this month.
