Is it possible to ID this? interesting ving pattern.
Location: North-Norway - Skjeftelisletta, Sørvikmarka
Habitat: 50m a.s.l. Forrest/marsh birch Date: 01.07.2020

I am quite sure you are right in your assumption.
The area it is photographed in is where sheeps and cows are roaming freely in the nature, cultivating the landscape.

Yes, with your photo and the information of cattle nearby I'm confident it's a female Haematobosca stimulans.
