Hello everyone,
A small species that I identified as
Leptogaster pulicornis using the book by van den Borek and A. Schulten.
But I am not sure.
The insect was collected in the south-east of France near Lyon, (Loire-sur-Rhône) on June 25, 2021.
Size: 8mm
Thank you for your help !
Benoît

Shape of hypopygium looks more like that of L. cylindrica: http://www.robberflies.info/keyger/images/800/Leptogastrinae/Leptogaster/cylindrica_m2_07_COGG.jpg
Still not very confident about my ID's of Leptogaster. To be sure, the third (postpedicel) antennal segment should be pubescent in L. pubicornis
