Hellp Diptero.info-reader,
I think this is a male Ephemeroptera (turban-eyes)and it's got tamely long first-legs.
Under the long tail(2) it's got a 'grip' like dragonflies have.
What kind of Ephemeroptera?

I think Baetidae.

I still can?t answer, but yes, a male because of the eyes and cerci. It could be Baetidae (it seems to have only ine pair of wings / second really reduced...? With a very small size it coud be Caenis too (Caenidae)), but I can recomend you a nice book with keys for adults and larvae: harker?s handbook for english mayflies (7 pounds mailing not included) with lots of pics. Families probably won?t suit you, but a good help.
If you want information by internet try fishing webs, fishermen use to know them well (they imitate it?s shape to capture fish in the curved-needle, excuse me, I don?t remember the right word), but most of them have a lot of larvae and nimph pictures, just a few adults

Thank you very much for your reaction Nikita and Nigella.
I couldn't find either the other pair of little wings.
When I have more time I will look into the other pictures I made of this ephemeroptera sp.and try to find it's (reduced?) wings.
Harker's handbook would be nice I think, I'll look for it.
Google shows me also fishermen and their 'ephemeroptera-look-a-like-designs'! :D
