Ukraine, Rivne region, May 30.
Is it true I think it should be Panorpa vulgaris female?

Interestingly, she was found near a male Panorpa communis ...

You are true, but it is not strange. I have numerous records with Panorpa communis and vulgaris together, also from Ukraine or Russia.
