I caught this by a lake on May 13 - Agder, Norway. 3,8 mm.

Thank you! I do not know what I did wrong - and after a while I was not able to open Diptera.info. Maybe there was something wrong with my computer...

I am not aware of any previous records from Norway - Paul may know more.

According to Artskart (species map), there are no previous finds of this species in Norway. Nevertheless, the species name is recorded in the species list. I do not know what that means - is it an automatic phantom record - or maybe the species is found in previous collections, but that species maps are not updated...

It may be a record from "Norway", with no locality data. Perhaps whoever compiled the list will know?

On what do you base 'semivirgo'? The colour characters have been reported to be unreliable...

I was using the key in Baechli et al. and wasn't aware that the colour characters were unreliable - I'll amend my copy.
