Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Black shiny fly

I have taken the picture the other day right in front of my office building in Liechtenstein.

Who can help to identify this totally black fly having characteristic pterostigmata and dark cross veins? Thanks a lot in advance.

It reminds me of Cheilosia caerulescens, but I'm not sure ..
