Found this fly on a "bleeding" birch stump yesterday, April 26th. 2,9 mm. Telemark, Norge.

The glossy spots on the upper part of the frons are large, so not
leucopeza. The only other species with dark postpronota (humeri) in the Palaearctic is
A. pappi. In that species the glossy spots are large.
