I would put my money on
Dioxyna bidentis, which is quite closely related.

This March I met in Sochi region same(?) Tephritidae as in November. This time on spring Tussilago farfara.
Last time it was Dioxyna bidentis(?) according Paul.
I have two reasons to come back to this fly.
1. New images is better.
2. On diptera.info appear John Smith.
So, please, Dioxyna bidentis?
