There is nothing more exciting than to chase Schroederella`s and the like in late autumn, see the hovering oldenbergiella and come home with again a weird eccoptomera. I love them

and flies... more scarce to the north... here I sw lots of Drosophilidade, Sepsidae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae, but not so much Syrphidae, Asilidae, Bombyliidae - flies that prefer more warm weather
