i hope that very soon can exist a forum for hymenoptera. Crex we can contact german site hymos.info so they can create a forum! why not??

Crex, the other family site would use different site files and a different database. That would not lean very heavily on this site.

But sooner or later someone will start "hymenoptera.info" and "arachnid.info". This site is too good not to copy! Then the traffic will go elsewhere.

Sure, but then we still might start attracting all those people with other interests. Ultimately, too much traffic will start to slow down the site.

Paul - if it's possible, I think Nikita's suggestion is good - allow the non-Diptera posts, but don't show them on the home page.

it must be easy to find someone that CAN create a forum for hymenoptera.info!!! and this forum could provide a link to there and vice-versa! why not?? someone?? I like the format of this diptera.info.
