Paul - if it's possible, I think Nikita's suggestion is good - allow the non-Diptera posts, but don't show them on the home page.

it must be easy to find someone that CAN create a forum for hymenoptera.info!!! and this forum could provide a link to there and vice-versa! why not?? someone?? I like the format of this diptera.info.
