Hello,
I found this larva on 07.03.2014 under loose bark (Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany, own garden).
Is it possible to say more?

I think it is closer to Sciaridae. These slimy threads are one of the features

I forgot Mycetophilidae. If you have a photo of the head in ventral view than this would certainly help.
