I found this male Syrphidae drowned, without head, probably Eupeodes [EDIT]. Thorax is matt green, scutellum yellowish. I cant' find where to compare genitalia. Maybe somebody here ? (Spain; Girona: Beuda; 21/5/2020)

Hello, this is not a Syrphus, but Eupeodes or something other. Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

Since the yellow spots include the side edges of the tergites, it is a male Eupeodes corollae. |
