Difficult for me from one dorsal photo - could be a female Neoitamus. If so and the first tarsal segment seems to be mostly yellow, N. cothurnatus should be an option. But again: a case for the experts.

The fore femur is partly reddish, this is a Tolmerus sp. Looks like T. atricapillus but I can't be sure. Females are hard to ID.
