Northern Germany, Hamburg-Flottbek, Botanic garden, 5th of October 2020, at flowers of Aster sp., Outsidephotos: kuv.
To me it looks like Syrphidae; but I haven't found it in the Diptera Gallery. Please help to get the ID.
