Thanks, Theo!

I thought, it's a bit too small for Callicera spinolae.

Greetings

No, should be good. All Callicera are 10 - 13 mm., according to Bot.

Dear Volkmar & Theo,

I'd like to disagree with the identification. The eyes are seprated on the head, which indicates a female. C. spinolae females have entirely red femora and a dark band on tergite three. This specimen has largely black femora and entirely golden tergite three. With the dark tasi, this has to be a female Callicera aurata.

Kind regards,
Elias

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
