Hi, I've found this fly yesterday on a decaying hornbeam (DE-Middle-Franconia, old deciduous forest).
I think it could be one of Empidoidea, but I cannot find one with these antennas and the hook at the rear.
(on the right wing's sitting a mite)
Hopefully you can help?
