Hi,

I have photographed this small bug (about 5-6mm) on fungi, on a rotten log.
Deciduous forest, somme km from Paris.
Could it be a Miridae? What species/genus?
Thanks for your feedbacks!

Thank you Wonwoong, maybe Drymus brunneus, it seems it fits well.

Do you have a photo of the head from above? My first thought was a Taphropeltus.

Thank you James for your answer. Unfortunately I have no other photo. Your are right the colors of the wings fits better with Taphropeltus but the constriction behind the pronotum fits better with Drymus... I don't know. Any other opinion?

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
