Hi all, I was referred here by an acquaintance for the identification of this synanthropic muscid from Los Angeles County. Specimens hover gregariously within a strictly defined territory, never landing. Thanks in advance! Edited by coniontises on 22-05-2020 17:37 |

Ophyra. My best guess O. aenescens, quite common in California.
