Hello,
May 07, 2020 in the south of France.
Small 3.5 mm fly with spotted and coloured wings.

barklouse/Psocomorpha. Looks like Graphopsocus and I think there's only one species in the western Palearctic

I hadn't thought about Psocoptera! Indeed, there can only be one species in France: Graphopsocus cruciatus.

You'e quite welcome. That's the same species we have; supposedly introduced to North America in the 1930's
