I found this fly on 27th april 2020 in the coastal dunes of Den Helder, Netherlands. Can someone please confirm if this is really germaria angustata?

I don’t see a picture, but I am pretty sure you spotted a Gonia. Either ornata or picea. Germaria is a summer species.
