Brachypalpus valgus or B. laphriformis. I would prefer B. valgus as the forns in shiny and thoraic dorsum as well (at least from this angle). Also a white arista (my personal identification feature) suggests valgus. |

Hello Jürgen and treebeard, Thank you very much for ID. It seems that I have overlooked the genus Brachypalpus, because this specimen looks much stouter than other females photographed some years ago. I`ll store it as Brachypalpus cf. valgus. Here https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=48468&highlight=Brachypalpus&pid=210165#post_210165 is an old photo of another specimen from the same location photographed in June which should then be a Brachypalpus laphriformis with the dusted frons and dark arista (if nothing speaks against).
