Hello, this 5.5 mm fly visited the light in our garden last night at 3.5 °C (northwest Germany). Maybe a Hebecnema?

Dear Nikita, why not a female Hebecnema nigricolor? I can't think of many Muscidae with such a small anterior spiracle. The spiracle doesn't fit with most genera of Muscidae. The palpi appear to be dark brown. Mid and hind femora yellow. I can't see Helina here so what else would it be? edit: plus the wing veins are brownish-yellow. edit: I've tried to key it again and the only other competitor is Mydaea electa.
