Hello! Is a more closer identification than just Ichneumonidae sp. possible here (perhaps Netelia sp.?)? Found on October-15 at a hedge, Ostwestfalen/Germany. Length about 25 mm. More and larger pictures here: http://insektenfo...adid=11268 Juergen Peters attached the following image: [38.88Kb] Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

Hello, Camille! cthirion wrote: Campopleginae Dusona sp? Thanks! I thought the small wing cell was an indication for Netelia. Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

All the ichneumonidae have an areola of various forms, sometimes it is open on a side!

No, Amalia. Your wasp is an Ophiniinae. Ichneumonidae > Ophiniinae. |
