Nectar sucking fly on autumn lady's-tresses (Spiranthes spiralis)

Hello,
I photographed this little fly on 30.09.2019 in Hesse (Germany) on Spiranthes spiralis, she sucked extensively nectar.
Can one recognize, which kind it is?
