Hi

* locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.10.13
* size - 10 mm (big fly but very slender)
* habitat - farmland
* substrate - near Citrus lemon.

What is this syrphid? It looks like Physocephala (conopidae), it has some resemblance...

EDIT---> Title changed from "Very slender Syrphidae." to "Syrphidae - Baccha elongata"
