I found this fly on 28.07 sitting on a lily pad on a lake in central Poland. Any help with the id would be appreciated.

Hydromyza livens (Scathophagidae) - more than any other fly I know, photographs of this species look like they are airbrushed paintings.

Thank you. It is definitely a pretty and quite a characteristic looking fly.
