Hello,

I observed this Andrenidae on the 22th of July in Pihen-lès-Guînes. I think of a Andrena trimmerana but I hesitate with a A. carantonica have you any idea ?

Cordially maxime

Hello maxi6215, bear in mind that i focus on wasps, so my knowledge of bees and Andrena is very limited. With that said, i think that Andrena scotica is more in sync with this photo. Perhaps you can find someone to confirm or make a better suggestion.

Happy to help. I agree that a second opinion is better here just to be sure. side note: i think that carantonica is a synonym of scotica.
