Hello friends,

I am posting here about my website. I am building a commercial nature related website, which i will not mention here because that would be plugging an addy. I am only mentioning my site because i am currently building my reference pages where i list books and documents that i use for identification when necessary. On these pages i will link to material by author. I am also listing names of individuals that have helped me with identifications.

some of you are mentioned in my references. Thus, here is your chance to add a profile photo and customized profile information if you wish to do so. Basically, you will have your own reference page where you could promote yourself and list books or documents associated with diptera identification, such as keys. I don't have time to research individuals, so this is an opportunity to control the data associated with your name. The default material is name, material used for id if any and status in the field (Doctor, expert, naturalist and what not.)

let me know if you wish to customize your page. Otherwise, i will just add my own reference. For example, i thank and mention Dr. Pape for helping me a few times with an id by genitalia and also for his book The Sarcophagidae of Fennoscandia and Denmark.

I hope that i am not forgetting anyone. so here is my current list from diptera.info. And as a reminder, special thanks and references do not signify endorsement or association.

Paul Beuk, Nikita Vikhrev, Stephane Lebrun, Ben Hamers, Iam McGowan, John Carr, Tony Irwin, Johanna Erkelens, Theo Zeegers, Valery Korneyev, Dmitry Gavryushin, Dr. Ozerov, Igor Grichanov, Jan Willem, Gerard Pennards, Reinoud van den Broek, Dr. A. J. Woznica.

I can always update this post if i forgot someone.
If your name is in the list and you wish to add a photo, a book reference or customize the reference, then please send a pm to me. Photos are 200x150 pixels and are represented as avatars. The attached image is an example of how the photo will be used.

Thank you.
