Looks like Leiomyza dudai (Asteiidae): Halter knob darkened, dc more than their length removed from the scutellum.

Just found this post while searching for Leiomyza requests - the dc really looks short, but the insertion point seem to be well behind the wing base, and according to Merz (1996): Die Asteiidae (Diptera) der Schweiz the hind femur shouldn't be apically darkened, which would be the feature of L. laevigata
