possibly Enicospilus because it looks like there isn't a ramellus and there appears to be a clear spot in the discosubmarginal cell of each forewing that's behind a pigmented triangle. Example here:https://bugguide....09/bgimage

I suspect a closer view of the wings is needed and please don't take my word for the ID. Ichneumons are tough to ID
