 Does anyone has a pdf of "Disney R.H.L. 1999: British Dixidae (meniscus midges) and Thaumaleidae (trickle midges): keys with ecological notes. Freshwater Biological Association Scientific Publication No. 56. 129 pp."? Or does anyone know which other literature can be used to identify adult Dixidae from the Netherlands?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
