Is this a black biting fly ? Pic taken today South coast UK body length 1.6mm (I thought it was a tiny parasitoid wasp) Thanks Brian V.  |

wwow!! Brian, this not seems to be a Simuliidae! I never saw a head like this one!! And the arista is very long!  wow!
