1 cm Syrphid with spotted eyes, Mallorca, 11.8.18 Looks a good match for E. megacephalus images I can find but would welcome confirmation or correction. No other angles of view available

No problem, Nick. It is a female E. megacephalus indeed. Unmistakable in Spain Smile
