From today in Portugal near Ovar.

Fanniidae? About 4 mm lenght.

It appears to have a head capsule - I'd be more in favour of Stratiomyidae, perhaps a young Zabrachia?

Not Zabrachia because it lack strong setae. Moreover, a 4 mm larva of that genus could hardly be called young.
