Hi Gert,

yes, it's Chalcidoidea, in this case I guess it's a torymid male (hind coxa seems to be quite large, typical mesosoma of torymids, post-marginal vein looks quite long, stigma quite large).

To me it looks like a male Pteromalidae, subfamily Miscogastrinae.
