I read that the genitalia is necessary for the ID, but the hope is the last thing to be lost. This one is the most common Tipula in my zone. It's very, very, very, very common in Zaragoza (medium Ebro-valley), Arago, Spain. I alwais see it in grasses, better well moisted (gardens, parks). It have about 19-21 mm long (with small size variation).![]() Can be identified? |
