Berlin - July 2018

I think that this belongs to Ichneumonidae but i do not have keys or descriptions for this family. I am hoping that someone can recognize it and place it in a genus. I think that this one is very pretty. I tried to make photos of it but it wouldn't sit still. I found it on a window of my apartment building.

Thank you for your time.

Next time you can try ant put it into a fridge, after a while it will sit still but only for couple of sec.

Thank you Renko Smile

I didn't realize that it is a male. I forgot that females have a long ovipositor. I have no idea why i failed to notice a male. I appreciate the message.

I can always check for vouchers and try a dna test. If i can reach a species with dna, then i will update the post.

Thank you very much and i hope that you have a pleasant day Smile
