Hello, dear experts,

this fly was found on June 19 between Kyritz Lake and the edge of a forest on a bush (Brandenburg, Germany). Could it be Megamerina dolium?

Thank you for your kind help!

I see no reason to disagree with Megamerina dolium female.
Megamerina dolium is the only Megamerinidae recorded in Germany.

Hi Johnes81,

thank you so much for confirmation! I didn't know that there is only one Megamerinidae in our country.

Best wishes to you,

Hans
