Is this an Ichneumon sp.?

It's an "ichneumon wasp" but it isn't of the genus Ichneumon. With that strong lateral compression on the gaster I'd say it is more likely to be from the sub-family Campopleginae - there are very many species with identical colouration Smile

Still more out of blade of knife for Campopleginae, I doubt more for second view!
