I really liked this fly and took several photos of it. Only when I got home did I realize they were all of the same angle! No lateral shot and no dorsal shot. Too bad!

Maybe someone will recognize the face. Family Ephedridae maybe?

I'm not that familiar with the Nearctic species, but I think this is Paralimna (Ephydridae).
